I’m a self taught chef with over 13 years of experience working in some of the most respected kitchens in the West Midlands. I’ve gained much experience and knowledge from Michelin starred chefs such as Simon Haigh and Luke Tipping.
I began my journey in hospitality as a KP and have since worked my way up to sous chef at Michelin starred Simpsons, one of the UK’s most established and renowned restaurants.
Throughout my career I’ve been taught the importance of seasonality and to always use the highest quality produce available.
Using the best quality/seasonal ingredients is vital, not only because it improves the final dish, but because it shows respect for the food, the farmers, and the people eating it.
